With an eye for detail and a passion for real estate photography, Iryna is the creative force behind the camera. She handles all photography and RMS measurements with care, ensuring that every listing is presented in its best light. Iryna holds a RECA RMS certificate, which means she is fully certified to provide accurate residential measurements according to Alberta’s Real Estate Council standards. Her experience and dedication ensure every project is delivered with quality, consistency, and professionalism. Clients appreciate her warm, approachable personality and her ability to capture the unique character of every home.
Vlad – Videographer and Drone Operator
Vlad brings a dynamic visual edge to every project with his skills in videography, drone operation, and RMS measurements. Whether capturing cinematic property videos, aerial drone footage, or accurate floor plans, Vlad ensures every listing makes a strong first impression online. He has also completed an RMS course and holds a RECA RMS certificate, giving clients confidence in the accuracy of the measurements provided. With a background in digital media and a deep understanding of real estate marketing, Vlad knows how to tell each property’s story in a compelling way.
