What services does Photos 4 Real Estate offer?
Do you only work with real estate agents?

No. While many of our clients are realtors, we also work with homeowners, property managers, builders, and interior designers.

What areas do you serve?
Do you travel outside Calgary for shoots?

Yes, we can travel to nearby cities and towns. We also travel out of province if required. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

Do you provide both interior and exterior photography?

Yes. We capture both interior and exterior images, ensuring the property is showcased from every angle.

Photography & Drone Services

Do you offer drone photography for real estate listings?

Yes. We provide drone photography and videography to capture stunning aerial views that help listings stand out.

What is included in your real estate photography package?

Packages typically include professionally edited high-resolution images, optimized for both print and web use, with optional add-ons like drone shots or virtual tours.

Can you photograph commercial properties?

How many photos do I receive per shoot?

The number of images depends on the property size and package chosen, but most listings receive 25-70 fully edited photos.

What type of virtual tours do you offer?

We use iGUIDE technology which provides immersive 360° virtual tours that allow potential buyers to explore the property online at their own pace.

Do you create RMS-compliant floor plans?
Why should I include a floor plan with my listing?

Floor plans help buyers visualize the layout, which can increase interest and reduce time on the market.

How accurate are your measurements?

Our RMS measurements are precise and meet Alberta’s official real estate measurement standards.

Do you provide virtual staging services?

Booking & Process

How do I book a photo shoot?

You can book online through our website, call us directly, or send us an email to schedule your shoot.

How much notice do you need for booking?

Ideally 2-3 days in advance, but we can accommodate last-minute requests too.

What should I do to prepare my home for photography?

We provide a preparation checklist that includes decluttering, cleaning, and making sure all lights are working.

Do I need to be present during the shoot?

It’s optional. Many clients provide access via lockbox or key pickup if they can’t be there in person.

How long does a photo shoot take?

A typical residential shoot takes 1-2 hours, depending on property size and services booked.

Delivery & Pricing

How quickly will I receive my photos?

Typically we deliver edited photos and RMS measurements next morning. Videos may take a bit longer – 24-36 hours.

In what format will I receive the images?

You’ll receive high-resolution images for print and web-optimized versions for online listings.

What are your pricing packages?

Policies & Additional Information

What happens if the weather is bad on the shoot day?

We can reschedule at no extra cost if weather conditions affect photography quality.

Do you require a deposit?

No, we don’t require a deposit. Our business is built on trust and long-term relationships with our clients. We simply send an invoice after your photos are delivered, ensuring you’re 100% satisfied before payment.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do not charge a cancellation fee. But we appreciate if you notify us in advance.

Can you edit out clutter or make digital changes?

Basic photo editing is included, and we can offer advanced retouching or object removal for an additional fee.
